1. Who We Are

Inspections Plus LLC ("Inspections Plus," "we," "us," "our") is a New Mexico limited liability company providing SWPPP development, stormwater inspections, BMP installation, erosion control, fugitive dust control, Phase I/II ESA, and Trackout Control mat services in New Mexico and Arizona. Our principal office is located at 504 El Paraiso RD NE STE B, Albuquerque, NM 87113.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information through our website contact forms and tools:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (including mobile phone for SMS)
  • Company name (optional)
  • Project details: service requested, project location, acreage, timeline
  • Site address or parcel coordinates submitted to the Free Site Analysis tool
  • Any additional details submitted in a message field
  • Technical and security data — IP address, browser/device user-agent, and timestamps — collected automatically when you submit a form or run a public site lookup, used to prevent abuse and to record your acceptance of our terms
  • A record of your acceptance of our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, including the version accepted and the date and time

We do not collect payment card information through this website.

3. How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through our website is used exclusively for:

  • Following up on your project inquiry or estimate request
  • Sending the Free Site Analysis compliance report you requested
  • Sending the inspection report template or other requested resources
  • Project-related communications by phone, email, or SMS
  • Preparing itemized estimates for your specific project

We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. SMS Messaging Consent

When you submit a form on this website, you may consent to receive project-related SMS messages from Inspections Plus at (505) 477-6900. Messages include: estimate follow-ups, inspection scheduling, permit filing status, and resource delivery (e.g., inspection templates and compliance reports).

Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. For help, reply HELP or contact us at projects@inspectionsplus.com.

5. Data Retention

We retain project inquiries and contact information for as long as necessary to fulfill the service request and comply with applicable record-keeping requirements. SWPPP project records are retained for a minimum of 3 years after project completion, consistent with EPA CGP NMR100000 and NMPDES requirements.

Technical abuse-prevention data associated with public site lookups (such as an IP address and browser user-agent) is retained for up to 90 days and then automatically deleted. Records evidencing your acceptance of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are retained for as long as the related inquiry or service record is kept.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party service providers, each of which receives only the information necessary to perform its function and is contractually prohibited from using that information for its own marketing purposes:

  • Resend (resend.com) — transactional email delivery for compliance reports, lead notifications, and form receipts. Receives name, email, and message content.
  • Twilio (twilio.com) — SMS delivery for project-related messages and inspection scheduling. Receives mobile number and message content. SMS sender: (505) 477-6900.
  • Vercel (vercel.com) — website hosting and first-party analytics. Receives standard server-log information (IP address, user agent, requested URL).
  • ActiveParcel (activeparcel.com) — parcel data lookup for the Free Site Analysis tool. Receives the address or parcel coordinates you submit to the tool and returns jurisdiction-specific regulatory information.

These providers each maintain their own privacy policies. We do not authorize them to use your information for purposes other than performing the services we contract for.

7. Cookies & Analytics

This website uses Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly first-party analytics service that measures aggregate page views, referral sources, and basic device categories. Vercel Analytics does not use third-party tracking cookies and does not build cross-site user profiles.

Beyond Vercel Analytics, this website sets only the minimum cookies necessary for site functionality (for example, remembering whether you have dismissed the NMPDES notification banner, or your selected language). We do not use advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

We do not sell or share personal information for advertising or cross-context behavioral purposes. To exercise any CCPA right, contact us using the information in §8. We will respond within 45 days as required by law.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our website, please contact us and we will delete the information promptly.

We may update this privacy policy as our practices change or as required by law. The current version will always be available at inspectionsplus.com/privacy-policy. Material changes will be summarized at the top of this page for at least 30 days.
