SWPPP & Environmental Services Pricing

For construction stormwater, Inspections Plus does not sell fixed-price annual SWPPP contracts. That is a deliberate choice: construction sites change week to week, so we want our fees tied to the work we actually perform for you, keeping our incentives aligned with your operational reality — including the mornings after the monsoon when someone needs to be on site.

Industrial SWPPPs are the exception. A facility’s Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP) program has a predictable, recurring scope — quarterly visual assessments, benchmark monitoring, and the annual comprehensive site evaluation and SWPPP recertification. Because that scope is known in advance, we do offer fixed-price annual programs for industrial (MSGP) facilities, so you can budget your compliance year with a single, transparent number. The same principle still holds: the price maps to a defined scope, written down, with nothing bundled that you would not actually receive.

We see ourselves as partners in your compliance program. Under EPA CGP NMR100000 and NMPDES, you are the Owner/Operator on the permit — you sign the NOI, and regulatory responsibility sits with you. Our role is to be clear about what we deliver, document it professionally, and price it honestly, so you always know what you received and what you paid for.

Per-service pricing keeps things straightforward. You pay for inspections conducted, reports delivered, BMPs installed, and filings submitted. If we send an inspector on a Tuesday, that visit shows as its own line on your statement — no bundled “mystery” scope, and no paying for services you did not need or that were never performed.

When you compare providers, it is reasonable to ask what is included: how post-storm visits are handled, what response time you can expect after a qualifying storm, and how additional visits are priced if conditions require them.
